LED Downlight Upgrade - Thirroul

This Thirroul home was still running old halogen downlights that ran hot, used plenty of power, and had started to look tired and uneven. The owners wanted a brighter, cleaner look and a lower power bill to match.

The plan

We walked through the home with the owners to confirm the light placement, colour temperature, and which rooms would benefit from dimming. Getting these choices right up front is what makes a lighting upgrade feel considered rather than just a like for like swap.

The install

Each old halogen fitting was removed and replaced with a quality dimmable LED downlight. Where the spacing was uneven we adjusted positions for a balanced spread of light, and added dimmers to the living areas for flexibility.
